About Jonathan
I've been playing golf for 30 years. I played competitively for 10 years and I've been teaching for 4 years. I love the game of golf and I love to continually share the skills and secrets of the game to hungry students. I work well with kids and adults. Bring them from humble beginnings to solid golfers. I have fun teaching and it really brings me joy when I can help a student reach their desired goals within the game.
I really enjoy the progress of a client. I love when things come together and the execution is dialed in perfectly. It brings me joy to see others succeed. So I like to share everything I can to help students with their game. Whether it's to shave off a few stokes for a average Sunday warrior or to create the perfect swing for a competitive up and coming scratch golfer.
I have been involved with working with young people for many years and I have been taught by some of the best PGA teaching professionals in the game.
I developed these skills over many years.

My first step is to assess their individual skill level. Are they brand new to the game, have they played a little bit, or are they a seasoned golfer. From there I like to get into what they're overall goals are within the game. Then we can really begin a structured and unique approach to their individual golf lessons process.
I feel that each individual is different even though there are solid fundamentals that everyone should absorb, you don't want to try and force a single strategy or one size fits all to every player. All players are unique and the teach must adapt to the student in order to build a strong golf game with a solid foundation.

Jon is patient and takes time to explain technique to a beginner like myself. It didn't take long before he helped me break my personal drive distance. He makes it approachable and fun.
Jon is am amazing teacher! He has such a knack with kids, but also when I took a lesson as well. He was very professional and had a great sense of humor. I learned a lot!
Mr. Lewis had such a wonderfully clear way of explaining where I could (and needed to) improve my game. Very patient & a very funny guy as well. I’ve had a number of lessons in the last few years, but these past few with him have been the most productive by far. Thanks Jon!
Jonathan really took his time to explain everything and tried showing me in different ways. He’s very patient, calm and pleasant to work with.
I look forward to continuing to perfect my swing and learning more.View more recommendations
