Experienced tutor in Golf in Normal, Lieschen offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Since I started working out with Lieschen, I’ve lost 13 pounds (reaching my goal weight), lost several inches (off my waist, hips, thighs), reduced my body fat by several percentage points, increased my strength tremendously (I actually have some muscles now!), and best of all……I no longer have osteopenia!! (Osteopenia is the onset of osteoporosis, and I’d been diagnosed with it over 11 years ago. After working out with Lieschen (who incorporated a lot of weight training for me), last year my bone scan revealed that I was in the “normal” range and no longer had Osteopenia!! YEAH!! Oh and I also met my last goal of doing 10 boy-pushups! How surprised I was at that one since I couldn’t even do a single one just 2 months earlier!

I was not a fan of personal trainers before, but I really enjoy these workouts. They are varied, so I don’t get bored. And some of the exercises I can do at home between sessions. I actually look forward to going to the gym for my sessions though. As a result of the program, I feel 1000% better. My body tone, strength, and flexibility are much improved. And I think I’ve lost between 10-15 pounds. I highly recommend Lieschen, TPI, and Fitness Quest.
