About Steve
I have been a successful guitar teacher for many years. I am also a performing musician which gives me great insight to many styles of music. I studied Music at Nassau Community College and Music Ed at CW Post. I teach students to play acoustic and electric styles.
I began taking Guitar lessons at 10 years of age. I majored in Music at NCC and Music Ed at CW Post. I have been performing live music for many years. I have played at clubs, theaters, weddings, corporate events and waterfront venues in the tri-state area.

As a new student who contacts me for lessons you can expect that I will discuss with you your goals for playing guitar. I will discuss the type of instrument you have to learn on. If you do not yet have an instrument I can help you in picking out an appropriate one. I will also suggest what method books you may have or which ones to buy.
