About Nathanael
I have been in education for almost a decade, teaching mostly US History, AP Psych, Psychology, Sociology and Personal Finance. I have undergrad degrees in Psychology, History, Government and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
I had always enjoyed working with children and youth, and finding a job that allowed me to translate hard to understand concepts and ideas in a way that students could process and use was (and still is) exciting!

1. Understanding what the student is looking for (test prep, help processing or completing assignments, practicing skills related to the content or expanding knowledge base, for example) and create a/some goals.
2. Create a plan for accomplishing the tasks or meeting the goals we have set forth.
3. Work together to learn and work on strategies for the student to use after their experiece being tutored is over.
I have worked with students with disabilities, gifted students and everything in between.
Look for someone who has both expertise in the area and wants to help you be a better learner for yourself. (Teach a man to fish...)
