About Matthew
We are a classic yoga studio, working with our practitioners privately and in small classes. We focus on the total yoga experience, using yoga a means of personal transformation. As many studio's only focus on the exterior body (yoga postures), we also focus on the interior practice which detoxes the internal organs and activates the glands. Our practice also strengthens the cardo vascular systems, balances hormones and the whole biochemical system. Our mindfulness meditation and breathwork also helps our practitioners to reduce stress and anxiety.
I love to see how surprised and happy our practitioners are when they realize how good they feel, and how many aliments, physical, mental and emotional, their yoga practice can help to eliminate.
I have over 30 years’ experience working with students, and training teachers. Most of our instructors have over 10 years’ experience.

If you’re not seeking anything but a great atmosphere with a nonjudgmental approach for a yoga session you’ll find it here. There’s something for everyone here.
I had never done Yoga before. I was hooked after my first practice. It truly has enhanced my energy. Never having had practice Yoga before I had no idea what to expect. The whole experience is amazing. Matthew is an amazing instructor. I recommend Citrus Yoga highly!
Regardless of what level you are at, instructors give you modifications of poses from easy to more challenging, creating a diversified class! Matthew, Tina and Becky are great instructors, knowledgeable and caring!
I've been wanting to try yoga, including meditation, for a long time but was a little apprehensive because I had no experience. The staff are very informative, patient and helpful...don't know why I waited so long!
