About Rommie
We use an accountabilty program, our goal is to support and hold you accountable in hard moments. Including stress, work, family life and self-doubt. During our initial 12-week program 99% of our client attain the goal we have set forth!

My Coaching career started as an Athletic Trainer at Towson University in 2000. After this I interned at Brickbodies Fitness Inc. becoming a manager for 7 years. During this time I was assitant Field Hockey Coach for the McDonogh Program for 3 year. I took over Relentless Strength and Conditioning in 2015, after previous owners started in 2009.
Bachelors Degree in Biology/Pre-medicine
CrossFit Level 1 Coach
USAW Level 1 Coach
NSCA Personal Training since 2003
15 year Experience as a Coach and Personal Trainer

About the lesson

Step 1 Evaluate our the athletes, we assess their current fitness level.
Step 2 Level Preparation
We work with each athlete one-on-one to progress them through the level system. The level system is further fitness training that assess strength and conditioning.
Step 3 Level Test -Out
Each athlete will test out of the basic level system. The test guarantees that the athlete is ready for the personalie training program and has passed the basic requirement for more intense training.
