I lived in Scandinavia for many months and learned how to be more confident, calm and content with my life by taking a 10 week course on SISU or Finnish mindfulness. Don't hire a trainer that has had a 6 pack since middle school. Hire someone who was obese, depressed, sick and fought hard to regain his life.

The HIIT can be much but works. The Frist week you will be sore but happy that the mass influx of endorphins will hit your Brain! After 2 weeks your depression will be more tamed. After more days you will be stronger then ever!
