About Ricky
Hi my name is Ricky Moore and I'm a fitness trainer and I'm also a certified boxing coach. I boxed when I was in the Army and I love this sport. My number one concern is my clients to help them meet their goals or to teach them how to box the correct way. I love to see the smile on my clients face when they can do something they never thought they can do specially my lady clients and the kids. I love to help change people life to give the confidence and to help them be a better person. To see them grow in their trading and continue to want to grind.
After I became a Fitness Trainer I put boxing into my program and all my clients love it

They would have to feel out a health assessment and we would go over the contract. First day we would go over safety and learn how to ponch and punching order and we will build onto that at every session.
I have two 14 year olds, and one 7 year old client. I have one male client and 3 lady clients which two of them are in the Mom and don boxing program.
Make sure they know what they are doing cause a person can get hurt if they're teacher don't teach them the correct way to box
I just start a group boxing clsss at Pilates and more and I love doing it.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Do just go by the price most of the time that price is for when a client comes to the teachers gym for you not to join the gym we pay a fee for every client we train there

His knowledge, his personality and motivation. All around a great and very attentive
Ricky is very knowledgeable in every aspect of his training, I had no clue what I was doing but he made me feel so comfortable. Even though we were doing our training online I felt like he was right beside me in every way! I have alway quit every training class I’ve attended because I felt uncomfortable with the instructor or not motivated which caused me to be really depressed due to how I saw myself but because of him I love myself again and wI’ll continue to live my best healthy life!!!
