About Edwin
It's all about leading by and being the example for my clients. My training helps build energy through endurance, gather confidence through skill and is an opportunity to simply have fun in this day and age. I am a former active duty Marine and amateur boxer with the tools to help you succeed.
One of my career paths was to by a psychiatrist as I enjoy dealing with people. Put that together with my natural athleticism and BAM Coach/trainer was born!
I have managed as well as have been a trainer for multiple fitness studios. I have also competed as an amateur boxer and have gone through Marine Corps boot camp and career to give me the patience and discipline to help others.

Keeping it simple is my primary objective. When things get overly complicated and/or explained it tends to take the fun out of it and it starts to sound like work🤮. I cater to my client providing modifications when needed. It's about the technique first.
I have worked children as young as 10 years old to elderly clients who need more modifications. From beginners to advanced level athletes.
Ensure your trainer respects your abilities. Often trainers have high expectations of their clients and that can feel very defeating.
As of recent I am 100% fond of the Masters tournament which is a 35 and older boxing competition.

I absolutely loved learning and getting my sweat on. It was a great learning experience. I wish I would have stayed local longer. Now that Edwin is doing his own thing I have been debating about getting some online lessons and ditching the gym again.

Details
Yes, Zoom sessions are $5 each or $50 monthly and are personally guided by me. It is not just a see and follow it is actual coaching.
In-person sessions are $45 each, $90 for 3 sessions or 12 sessions for $300.
All sessions are scheduled and coordinate ahead of time.
