I am a trainer with 22 years in Martial Arts, Master Fitness Trainer in the US Army and I have worked with Hundreds of indivuals to improve their lives.
On-Demand Training is am mobile application I use as a coaching platform to better serve my clients.
The application provides me tools to properly track your performance data throughout your program.

I work with Tapeout Fitness in Woodstock, Sandy Springs, Norcross, and soon to be Alpharetta, GA to be able to deliver the best training product possible for the lowest price possible!
My first priority is to see where you are presently, so we have a baseline to set your goals from. So I do an intial physical assessment.
Then we get started with your training! My end game is to teach you everything you need to keep fit on your own. Which usually only takes a couple months of training!
I’m not trying to keep you as client forever, just long enough so you don’t need me anymore!
