My name is Matthew Lord and I have been training in martial arts for over 17 years and am currently a 4th degree black belt and have been teaching for over 7 years. Here's what the training will consist of and the lessons can be held at any location requested within a 20 mile radius of West Palm Beachbody , the beach, parks, home etc.
Individual and group lessons are available, classes can span from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and will be customized for each individual.
Lessons can include
-Pad work
-Stretching
-Heavy bag training
-1 on 1 self defense techniques
-Fitness exercises
-Resistance training and a whole lot more!
By the end of the lesson you will have gained vast knowledge on whatever goal you are working towards, and at the same time getting a great workout and having fun!
Lessons are for all ages, and no matter who you are, Self-defense should be something everybody is trained in.
I love seeing people crush their goals!
When my parents has opened a martials arts studio when I was around 7 years old. Ever since then I was assisting in classes and then eventually teaching.
