About Tessa
My business is just me and abilities to help young children ages 2-5 understand more about the life around them in fun and safe ways! I love working hands on with kids and giving them unique learning experiences with the comfort of their own home. ☺️
I started teaching at the YMCA when I was only 16 after I moved to Florida I started working at a preschool and my love for teaching has just grown from there.
I have been teaching for about five years now I first started off as a swim instructor helping children with disabilities learn how to swim. Then I moved onto preschool where I taught children their ABCs and 123's in fun memorable ways.

When I work with a new student I first love to get to know them and their different ways of learning I like to understand exactly what the student needs help on and what they are already strong at.
I have worked with students from the age of two years old to 10 years old in and out of the water. I have also worked with children who have special accommodations as well. I personally LOVE working with all different types of children!
I would tell that student to choose a teacher that seems fun and loves children because every teacher is different but when you're learning the best way to learn is hands-on and having a fun time.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I think that the best way to figure out what your flaws are or areas that you need the most help in are you need to figure out what you are really good at and what your strengths are. The best way to learn is to build off what you already know. :)
