About Megan
I love helping students! I am a education major currently at GCC, graduating in May!
I have always known since a young age that I loved to teach. Tutoring really brought that love into perspective a little more. Whenever I tutor, I don't feel like I am working which is the absolute best thing ever!
I work for an after school program called Read Better Be Better. It is a program that works with middle schoolers and 2nd/3rd graders with their reading skills. I am also a sophomore at Glendale Community College majoring in Education!

I get to know the student before starting with them so I can relate their teaching to them. I take the time to see what their learning style is and what method will work best with them.
I have worked with all ages of students. I don't think there is anything that I haven't had experience with.
A recent event that I am fond of is a high school student getting a 87% on their math final. They were previously failing the class and this brought their grade up tremendously!
