About Armin
Hello all! My name is Armin, and I graduated from Texas A&M University with degrees in Industrial Engineering & Mathematics. I'm very passionate about helping others achieve their academic goals. I've been tutoring since I was in high school! I would tutor 10th grade Math when I was in 11th grade, and tutored 11th when I was in 12th grade. I was hired on as a Math tutor while studying at Texas A&M University in TRiO and had many students from all walks of life and various classes. As a tutor, my goal is to form a strong partnership with you and help you excel in your course material.
Seeing people succeed in their goals is truly one of the best feelings. Tutoring is just that! Helping others reach their goals one step at a time.
While in 11th-grade, our 10th-grade math teacher passed away. As the top student, I was asked to step in and help support the new instructor and the students by providing after-school tutoring sessions.
From then I understood how much I enjoy helping others get to where they're satisfied with their education.
I graduated with high honors from Texas A&M University in Industrial Engineering & Mathematics, and I've been tutoring since I was in 11th grade.
I was officially hired as a tutor in TRiO program in my university where I supported many students in their coursework and assisted them in excelling in their classes.

I'd like to get to know them a little, understand where they feel like they need some help, and do my absolute best to help them achieve their academic goals.
I have worked with middle and high school students as well as adults who have decided to go back to learning and acquire their degrees.
I've worked on basic algebra all the way up to differential equations and Calculus 3.
Find someone who not only knows the material but can also understand and connect with you on a personal level.
In my opinion and experience, personal connection can have most significant effect on the tutoring experience.
Though I'm only 27, I recently celebrated 10 years of being with my better half during a 14-day long road trip to the east coast. We enjoyed amazing food, great music, saw beautiful sights, and overall truly enjoyed our vacation.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
If you don't understand a topic, an easy guide to go through is the following:
1. Have I at least tried reading the topic 3 times?
2. Am I just not understanding the current topic/problem, or am I missing important information that are prerequisites to this topic?
3. Have I tried looking at other examples?
