About Jacqueline
I enjoy learning, and hope to instill the love of learning in those my students.
I enjoy teaching, and the most gratifying part is when the students learn the material, and gain confidence in his or her own abilities. I enjoy helping the students connect the knowledge and skills they are attaining with real life.
I worked in the schools as a substitute, also was a den mother for Cub Scouts, when my children were little. Have taught Bible classes for children in verious churches.
I am a Registered Nurse, which is a science degree. An important part of nursing is teaching patients how to manage their health. I've also worked in the school system as a substitute teacher.

I like to first discuss with the student or parent what the student needs to learn, and review the materials we will use. Once I am sure I can help the student, then we can schedule online classes. In some intances we may meet in person, if the student is local.
Young children from First grade through ninth grade.
Interview with the teacher and explain what you need to learn, including the materials you will need to use. In that interview, see if you feel comfortable communicating with that person. Write any questions you may have prior to your interview, and ask as many questions as you need.
I recently celebrated Thanksgiving with my family. I am fond of family and friends.
