About Lynn
I have been tutoring students in school subjects, standardized testing, math, science, and essay writing for over four years. I have scored 99th percentile in the ACT, SAT, MCAT, and various AP and SAT subject tests, and I have helped many students to achieve the same. I have experience tutoring students with a variety of academic backgrounds - from those struggling to pass a course to those trying to achieve perfect scores. I am aware of catering to each student's different needs, and I truly enjoy helping students to understand material in a way that can make a lasting impact on their lives. I am very responsive to the families' and student's personal goals - and am committed to treating every student with respect and encouragement.
I will be based in New Haven, CT in the summer of 2019 and will be available to tutor in the Yale University area. For others, I have ample experience in online tutoring for over four years and can teach students of all ages over the online conference tool Zoom. Group lesson inquiries are welcome.

I started teaching because I really enjoyed mentoring younger students and helping them learn the insights that I wished someone had told me before. I truly enjoy seeing students reach their goals and gain confidence once they understand their material.
I recently graduated cum laude from Yale University with a B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, & Developmental Biology in May 2019. I have tutored students from elementary school to college age during the past four years (for the companies iLearn World and Bulldog Tutors).
