About Eric
I love math and science research and projects, and also enjoy learning from and teaching others in STEM. I find mentorship a valuable part of the academic experience, and was a tutor throughout high school, as well as at Columbia University, where I am a freshman studying computer science and biology. I am a published author in computer science and biology research, which you can check out at (concealed information)
I founded a science mentorship club in high school called Science Ambassadors, in which we invite local elementary school mentees to our high school and tutor them in biology and chemistry subjects. Since then, I've been tutoring students through this program and also others in my area in biology, chemistry, math, and comp sci.
I am actively involved in CS, biology research at Columbia University, am a published author in the journal of Endocrinology, and am in the process of submission for another paper in bioinformatics. I've also taken Calculus 1,2,3, Discrete Math, Data Structures, and Algorithms at Columbia University in terms of a math and applied math background.
