About Michael
I love helping people develop in their mathematics. I am a certified teacher for both middle school and high school math. I have a master's degree in teaching, and a master's degree in pure mathematics. I also do electrical engineering, designing motor controllers.
I have been teaching since about 2000. My first experience was as a recitation instructor in graduate school.
I have a master's degree in mathematics, and a master's degree in teaching. I am certified to teach 5th grade through 12th grade, and have taught community college for about 5 years.

I just start letting the student ask their questions, and as we work through problems, whatever gaps there are become apparent, and we go and fill in those gaps.
I have worked with students of all ages, from grade school through college.
Look for someone that you are comfortable with. You need to be free to ask whatever dumb question comes to mind!
My son and I went outside and pretended that our really really tall grass was a castle, and our pug was the king. We had to figure out what his commands were though, since all he does is snort.
