She was always a text away for a simple question, or offered to jump on a zoom call if necessary. If I wasn't understanding things, she would find new ways to explain until she found a way that clicked for me. She was incredibly accommodating, personable, and kind. Katie tutored me for two years and helped me immensely. Katie and I used zoom for the two years she tutored me and I never once felt like she was not giving me her all because we could not be in person.
