About Grace
I have always loved kids, and helping them learn. Sometimes parents can be to busy, or not understand the new fancy ways they are teaching now a days. I love helping out the little ones with their homework, class work, or things they need a little extra help with. English, Science and History for as soon as they need help to about 12 is what I would usually perder. Currently i am attending TMHS, next year I will be a senior. I have received nomminations and invites to work with John Hopkins University, as well as Medical Hospitals in Boston. I am CPR and First aid certified. I also play field hockey and girls lacrosse, so in addison to homework i would be more then happy to guide your child in those sports if they are considering playing.
I have worked at a summer camp for 5 years (3rd grade-6th grade). I worked with our regular program as well as our special education program.

I usually like to get a feel for the student first, how they learn, things that they find the best and easiest to remember. If a child is a visual learned we can draw out something to help them remember, using flash cards or a rhyme is always an option as well. Whatever the child feels helps them the best.
I have worked with all types of ages, ethnic groups as well as the childern themselves. The outgoing ones and the shy ones.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think through what they need help with the most, what they know they are good at and what they think would help me help them the best!
