About Rohini
I have tutored many learners of varied age groups. These include high school students and teachers. My forte is creating a love for the subject among the students so that learning becomes fun and something to look forward to.
I have been in the education sector for the last 20 years. I have an Honours degree in Mathematics, another Bachelor's in Education, MBA and currently doing TESOL. I have worked as an academic coordinator for 7 years. I have also trained teachers in time and team management, teaching of Mathematics, English and Sciences using activity based teaching and strategies.

I was pulled into it by a friend who had a school. After joining her I realised how much I enjoyed this profession. Never looked back with any regrets.
I have a bachelor's degree in Education where my subjects were Mathematics and English. Besides this, my post graduation in Management helps me with interpersonal relations. I believe in team building. I have attended numerous workshops and training programs with the R & D of Educomp Solutions and Central Board of Secondary Education, India.

I like to know my students before I start with the actual lessons. This enables me to encourage them, motivate them and get the best out of them.
Three year olds to high schoolers and teachers of all age groups.
I would recommend that you tie up with someone who you can connect with. Teachers with a zest for learning and experimenting are always better facilitators because they encourage their learners to venture out and not be limited to the teacher's area of knowledge. They always push their students to go the extra mile.
We had a Mathematics exhibition in the school I worked in last, The Cambridge International School. The best part about it was the fact that I only had to get the students and teachers started by throwing some ideas I had about the exhibition. After that it was like they were on a roll. The exhibition was a success. We had to make it an annual event because of the enthusiasm of all participants and organizers.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. Will this teacher be able to tap my potential and allow me to breathe in my own experience or will he suffocate me with his?
2. Does my teacher have an indepth subject knowledge?
3. Will my teacher know how to correct me when I am wrong without ridicule?
4. Will I have the confidence and faith to walk up to my teacher when I need help or guidance, that he will not guide me incorrectly?
5. Will my teacher be approachable?
