call or email to schedule an intro session. this is a 1-on-1 private & allows us time to discuss goals, areas of concern &/or injuries.
this intro session is free of charge, 45-55min.
must wear suitable, preferably close fitting exercise clothing & studio "sticky" socks.
*all cancellations require a 24 hour notice.
I work with all body types, ages & injuries.
* current/recent injuries must be cleared by a Dr &/or PT
