About Kyle
My name is Kyle Wiren and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Sport and Performance Psychology Consultant. My goal in life is to help others build strength, athleticism, confidence, motivation and overall happiness physically and mentally. Currently, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have a Master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology where I was trained by the Sport Psychology Consultant for the Minnesota Vikings. I have worked with High School and Collegiate Teams and individual athletes as well as musicians, soldiers and business professionals since 2016. I intend to help you reach all of your physical goals, and then build your mental strength through mental skills training so that you can take your abilities to the next level!
I love helping people find their hidden potential and become who they really are! Our bodies have so much more potential that most people never reach. But our minds are what tend to hold us back. When I can help people face their failure, get out of their comfort zone and fight negative thoughts and emotions, athletes, perfomers or any individual person can reach heights that they never thought possible! How could I not enjoy what I do?

We would start with an introduction consultation. I would like to get to know you and understand your goals so that I can prepare to give you the best quality and success possible. I provide personal training as well as mental skills training and we would determine if you would be interested in both of those services or one of the two. This introduction will give us the chance to prepare for the most physical and mental success possible.
