About Chelsea
MEET CHELSEA!
I'm an Atlanta native, born and bred. I studied Dietetics at The University of Alabama and went on to complete my graduate work out of Boston, Massachusetts. I have an absolutely amazing husband and vivacious 13-month-old little girl.
As a registered dietitian nutritionist and fitness enthusiast, it's my mission to empower individuals to overcome the overwhelming pressure of diet culture. I offer flexible, compassionate, personalized treatment so you can attain balanced nutrition and reclaim the quality of life you deserve.
Fad diets don't work. To succeed you need a plan that is tailored specifically to you. I apply an evidence based, nourishing, whole foods approach. I will assist you toward a healthier lifestyle, achieving your goals - sooner than you ever thought possible.
