About Luca
My name is Luca. I'm French and British. I am a second-year at the University of Warwick. I study PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics). In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running and listening to music. I look forward to meeting you.

Lessons decomposed into 4 different skill sets: reading, writing, listening and speaking. I use worksheets so you can practise your reading and comprehension as well as your ability to write in French. I strongly recommend that my students read French books at home. In class, we will sometimes read passages of some classic French novels. Furthermore, to improve our listening and speaking skills, we will short clips or audio recordings together and then we will discuss them. My classes are for students learning French at school, but also adults looking to improve their French level. I have taught French and English to 15-18-year-olds for the past 2 years. I have also volunteered as a teacher in a migrant camp teaching French and English to 9 to 12-year-olds. As a fellow student and a tutor myself who has worked with Luca in many group projects, I believe that Luca is a very organised and intelligent individual who has very strong communication skills. When members of our team were struggling with concepts he was able to carefully untangle complex concepts and make them much more understandable. He also makes sure that no one is left behind and is a strong leader. I believe that part of this is due to his previous experience tutoring English and as as a teacher in a refugee camp in Greece.
