About Emily
I am a current Oxford medicine student and recent first-class Physics graduate, offering online tutoring in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics GCSE, and Physics A-level.
I studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at A-level, in which I achieved A*A*A*. I then went on to study Physics at Durham University, where I gained a first-class integrated Masters' degree. I have recently begun studying for a degree in Graduate-entry medicine at the University of Oxford.
As well as extensive experience tutoring Science GCSE and A level, I have worked for a company writing an A level Physics revision guide and as a teaching assistant for second year undergraduate Quantum Mechanics classes.

I tutor in the core Sciences and Mathematics up to GCSE, and up to Physics A-level. I work with the student to identify areas to target in lessons - and work to build understanding in key concepts, and help the student gain confidence and check understanding through completing practise questions. If the student is working towards an exam, I ensure lessons closely match the syllabus to help the student achieve the best score possible.

Emily really helped me prepare for my GCSE Physics mock. She was very patient and supportive and helped me understand concepts I previously struggled with.
Emily and I met at medical school where straight away I could see her talent for teaching.
