About Mattie
What I do is create the space for YOUR creativity to show up! I have a BFA in art education and have been teaching in various capacities for over 10 years. To me, art is where self-expression meets exploration and wonder and my goal is to support artists in finding what lights them up and re-define what art IS. With me, life becomes art and there is no limit to what can be created!
I have a BFA in art education with a concentration in painting. I teach at The Arvada Center for Arts and Humanities and in the Denver Public Library system where I develop and teach art and yoga programs. I have been teaching art for over 10 years and I LOVE IT!
