About Lara
Hello, I am a self made artist . Career based as a tattoo artist. I design everything I do. I paint in acrylics and oils. I make jewlery as well as design and illustrate with color pencils. I've been tattooing for 25 years but am on this platform to offer basic art and painting skills to students. I prefer working with children over the age of 11 and yound adults, building portfolios or looking to be serious about their journey in art. I am a single mom of a toddler and work many avenus9 of my craft to help inspire others. If anything I realize what I do and my works may not be for everyone. I'm willing to help anyone within my capacity to further their world of art. I will be updating this site soon. My time is limited so please be serious about inquiries. Thank you
Though tattooing is NOT being offered as a service or teaching on this platform. Working with other artist and clients on a one on one level for 25 years has shape my drive, creative process and development of all my art. I have an extensive portfolio of contemporary and surreal style art. I enjoy and practice many mediums. I am published in books, have worked designing clothing as well as won awards for my art on skin. But the best teacher is based on the how well communication goes.

It important for communication to be put out in a direct way. There are no stupid questions, only those not asked. Art is about expressing yourself and your unique perspective. In that light, I would need to know what skill level the student is at. Beginners welcome. Realize basic drawing skillz would be required to start a painting, so maybe that's where you should start. After establishing what goals and dreams the student has the plan would be devised, discussed and journey started.
