Helping people find a fitness level that benefits them through Body, Mind, Spirit, and overall wellness. Nutrition plans and workout regimens with each individuals needs in mind.
Also offering dance lessons from ballet, tap, jazz, HipHop, to ballroom.

Over 20 years of experience in Dance and Fitness.
Studied at South Western Michigan College, Alma College, and Western Michigan University.

Details
We offer different programs. The initial consultation is Free, however we do appreciate a $20 donation for clients that we travel to see over 30 miles. Private lessons or group classes vary in prices. Sessions with clients start at $25 per hour with no more than 4 persons per group.
