About Margot
My passion is health and fitness. I've been a certified personal trainer and health coach for over 17 years and I love pushing clients to achieve their goals – even the ones they never thought possible.
My approach is that of a balanced lifestyle and finding the right blend that works for each person and their own unique needs. I have trained people from all walks of life and enjoy meeting and guiding each individual.
I love using the beach and local parks for workouts but also have a private indoor studio for training.
I offer an introductory rate for the first session. It gives us a chance to meet and chat about your goals, what you expect and how I can help you. After that session, we can discuss further training and packages should you decide to continue training with me. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals! - Margot Rutigliano

About the lesson

The first session is always an evaluation session. It's important to me to be able connect face to face with the client. I can get a much better understanding of their goals and where they're at physically and mentally. This session is offered at an introductory rate of $40.
From there, with the client, we can collaborate on a program that meets their needs, expectations and goals.
To get started, I ask the client to give me a few days/times that work for them so we can get a scheduled day and time to begin.
