About James
Hello-
My name is James and I am a certified personal trainer residing in Denville with my wife and 13 yoa twin children. I am an active youth coach in Denville for the past several years, coaching football, basketball, and lacrosse for both boys and girls. I am certified in youth football through USA Football and have a level 2 certification in boys lacrosse and level 3 in girls through USA Lacrosse.
I am certified in personal training with certifications in youth, adults, and seniors, as well as strength and conditioning and I am a certified speed coach and program design specialist.
I perform in-home training utilizing resistance bands, TRX suspension and light dumbbells and kettlebells as well as training in a gym location or outdoors.
I have been involved in fitness for many years and I am passionate on helping my clients achieve their personal fitness goals.
