About Charles
I've been doing this for 2 years I've been an athlete most of my life also understand how to train for fitness and for sports at the same time or each one separate so I can actually help if you're just getting in shape or you trying to learn how to play a sport no matter what your age
Through coaching youth sports and also senior citizen sports a lot before I got my certification as a volunteer

want to find out are they into doing wether its sports I won't start a youth training till later on in the spring though or n Personal training/fitness groups or individual you can call for more info (concealed information)
I would tell them pretty much that if you trying to work out just for fitness or fitness or I could probably explain even the more than just the physical side of it cuz I play a lot still myself and I I've coached like four different sports basketball flag football baseball and pickleball and played all them plus soccer and volleyball so basically I am kind of like a double experience some of you of that and I also like to work out a lot including bicycle riding and lifting weights so basically I'm pretty flexible as far as what you're trying to get done regardless just trying to be a basic get fit or even play sports even on a high level
