About Sam
Hello! My name is Sam and I have been personal training for over 5 years. I started in college where I majored in Exercise Science. Since then, I have been able to coach one-on-one, in person, virtually, teach group classes, coach police officers in functional training, professional bodybuilders, and more. In addition to my degree and personal training certification, I also have a Corrective Exerise and TRX certification, as well as hundreds of hours of experience working with and learning from other professionals and doctors in the field. You can check out my instagram page @SamTurkCPT (concealed information)
I love helping people use movement to increase the quality of their life, move better with less pain, and unlock the strength they didn't know they had.
I got started in college at University of Wisconsin Madison through their personal training course while I was majoring in Exercise Science.

Experience is the most important thing when hiring a personal trainer. Anyone can get certified as a trainer but a proven track record is what differentiates mediocre from great.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out

- What is your learning style and what kind of coach do you want in your corner?
