About Donavan
I use multiple modalities to help weight loss and build fitness levels. I train in-home and Outdoors. I recently started training online and Live over the internet via webcam. I train on a customization program fit exactly for your needs, nothing more or less. I want to not only help clients achieve their goals but surpass them and maximize their potential. Formally certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
