Colangelo Fitness get results for clients by applying known scientific exercise pricipals that are proven to work. Each client is given a customized program for their individual needs.

In order to create the best program possible for my clients I offer a free one hour consultation. This consultation includes a questionaire that covers the health history,exercise experience and goals of the client.
As part of this consultaion there will be a 30 min training session to give the client an idea of what training is like.
