About Blas
I do both online and in home personal training. Im the only in home personal trainers in the Hermiston area. I provide personalized exercise programs for individuals in the privacy of their own home or office. I have over 12 years of experience of healping people reach their goals!
Meeting new people and tackling new challenges.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Health with an emphasis on Exercise Science and Nutrition. I have my PES credential from NASM. I used to have my CSCS but since i no longer work in the physical therapy field i decided not to renew it and stick with the PES.

We have been working with Blas for almost 6 years. Blas is an excellent physical trainer. He works hard to tailor exercises according to our level of fitness and any physical limitations we might have - all while encouraging and challenging us to get in better shape. Blas is very positive and respectful and doesn't shame us if we can't do an exercise. He wrote down daily exercises for us to do to keep on track with our personal fitness goals in between exercises sessions with him. This was especially helpful when we wanted to get in running shape for an upcoming race. We highly recommend Blas for anyone of any age and level of fitness!
Focused, diverse and well rounded classes
Blas is able to evaluate where I am at and what I need to work on to get better. Working with him helps me to strengthen those areas of my body that need it the most.
