About Douglas
Getting to help people gain a healty lifestyle with athletic training, nutrition, and getting them off medication is my passion. With Intrepid Athletics, you receive a tailor-made training program that is specifically designed for the individual. I also do team programs for all sports, but specialize in football, basketball, and tennis. I have been a personal trainer for about twenty years, and just late last year decided to go full time and start my own business. I'm a United States Navy veteran with the know-how and discipline to bring change to my clients. So, if you're ready to achieve your health goals, get off medication, or step your game up. I have an Advanced Personal Trainer Certification
I am a U.S. Navy Veteran & U.S. Navy Reserve Veteran
(While serving, I had a collateral duty as a Unit PT Coordinator. My duties included formulating a fitness program that would enhance the overall posture of my unit in order to increase and maintain a level if physical fitness of a minimum of a 90% pass rate of the standard physical readiness test.

The very first thing I find out is exactly what the client is looking to accomplish. If the client is already an active athlete, I design an athletic program specific to their sport. If they are not an athlete, I start with a basic program tailored to their individual needs.
