About Mathew
I am a graduate from medical school, with a naturopathic focus. I am a Naturopathic Doctor.
I tutor Biochemistry, Physiology, Immunology, Nutrition, Homeopathy, Botanical medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine
I love seeing the "lightbulbs" that come with understanding
I love teaching! I have been teaching throughout my life, and started tutoring in a medical aspect while I was still in medical school.
I am a Naturopathic Doctor, and thus graduated from medical school. My undergrad was a Bachelors in Human Nutrition.
I have been tutoring sine 2019, and previously worked as a Teacher's Assistant at an elementary school, as well as a daycare.

Mathew was a great tutor. We went over any questions I had, and he made sure that I understood any topic that we went over. He was friendly and kind, and made it easy to ask him questions.

Mathew uses a variety of tools which helps solidify the information and key concepts. With a combination of visuals, text as well as 'quiz style' questions, Mathew matched my learning style 100%! Mathew went above and beyond by sending relevant info (diagrams, credible sources/papers, and online resources) outside of our scheduled sessions, which I greatly value.
Mathew was also never shy to a tough or complex question, always working through the issue and providing further clarification/ context when needed. He never made any question seem silly & always made me leave our sessions more confident in my own abilities & knowledge.Great Tutor with a lot of passion for the material he teaches!
Mathew was patient during sessions and even spent his free time to help when he didn't need to. He explained complex topics in easier to digest concepts and cleared up jumbled confusion. It was hard to study during lock down with many variables making school much more difficult, but Mathew was a positive influence that eased the hardship. He has also went out of his way to help other students who needed it.
Mathew was a thorough and effective tutor. He was able to bring the information down to my level and help me understand the concept at my pace. He also was good at quizzing me and asking great questions related to the tests and being an ND! He is also very kind!
