About Gene
I start with the brain since it controls EVERYTHING the body does. I help people not only look better and get stronger. I train them to be more flexible, more mobile, to have better coordination, better balance, better flexibility. I improve their muscular and cardiovascular endurance. There is so much more to being fit than simply being strong and looking good.
I.S.S.A. ViPR PT cert, Institute Of Motion Level 1 Mentorship. Self taught with Kettlebells, Maces, Steelclubs, TRX-Rip Trainer, Center Mass Bells, Landmine, Aqua Bags, Resistance Bbands as wrll as traditional strength training.
