About Justine
My name is Justine and I am a 28 year old ACE certified personal trainer, NCI nutrition coach, and former D1 softball player.
I focus on heart-centered coaching and a holistic approach. My goal is to provide the external accountability and education needed to help clients create the internal habits necessary for life long change. I've helped hundreds of women lose weight in a sustainable weight, while empowering them through strength training, and proper nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
In addition, I've been coaching girl's softball lessons since college.

Most women looking to get toned and lose weight think it's just about willpower and end up starting another miserable diet and living on the treadmill.
I help women achieve the physique of their dreams in a sustainable way where they can maintain their results long term and I'm so passionate about educating and coaching to the whole individual (exercise, nutrition and accountability)
I am experienced in weight training, circuit training and speed/agility. I am also experienced with nutrition and taking a holistic approach to your health and fitness goals.

I am a certified personal trainer through ACE and Nutrition Coach through PN1.
I am also a former d1 softball player (Baylor University) and played in the women's college world series.
I have coached dozens of women online as well as in person and coached girls of all ages in softball.
