About Jimmy
I am 20 year old college baseball player who has been into fitness and sports my whole life and have been mentored and trained by highly skilled trainers and teachers. Despite my young age, I have been teaching strength classes to young athletes for the last 6 months and have picked up a lot from my mentors and I am able to provide private or small group workouts to both young athletes and anyone who is trying to get in better shape or recover from a small injury.
I enjoy helping my clients get better everyday through my guidance and help with certain methods of health and fitness. I feel great knowing I am helping someone gain small health advantages in life or in their sport.
I have been taking agility and strength classes for the last 10 years and have been mentored my many coaches and professors from different universities.
