Maximzing every athletes sport performance and preventing injuries so they reach their full athletic potential!
I am a Sport Performance Coach and Director at a youth athlete facility in Redwood City CA. I have a little under 15 years experience coaching youth athletes from 8-18 years old in attributes that optimize their athletic outputs. Academically my credentials are:
M.S. in Sport Science from Springfield College
B.S. in Exercise Science from Becker College
B.S.E. in Physical Education from Arkansas State University

Perfect! Precision Sport Science is so much more that just training. Coaches are great. My 12 year old daughter enjoys it there and is looking forward to a long term partnership. To those who at some point stopped being satisfied with participation ribbons, I highly, highly recommend Precision Sport Science.

We signed up our son with Precision following a football injury. I like their approach focusing on strength training and injury prevention. My son has not only learned tools and techniques to increase his speed, and agility but also gained confidence with his overall athletic ability.
