About Peter
Our service stands out by respecting where our clients are when they come to us. Too often we have seen people pulled further from their goals by working with a generic personal trainer and making their injuries worse. Yoga, Pilates, myofascial release and more to help you get out of pain and into shape.
Seeing others being able to enjoy their lives pain free is amazing. Whether it is playing with children, revelling in nature, or doing what you love it can be difficult to enjoy while in pain. So knowing clients can be happy and able to partake in what gives them joy is the best part of helping people. The only way to cultivate movement is by moving.
