My name is Hector Serrano Owner of Evolution fitness i been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and on the martial arts for over 30 years iam certified personal trainer,kickboxing fitness instructor,mma conditioning coach,group fight certified instructor,black belt on karate mma and Muay Thai fighter. With my skills and knowledge I will help you get on the best shape of your life and stay in the best shape.

I been Practicing Martial Arts since I was 12 years old and martial arts lead to exercise and eventually to weigh training.
I am Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA,Nesta And Ace . Iam Also Certified Kickboxing instructor,MMA Conditioning Coach, Muay Thai Kickboxing Fitness Instructor and Certified Nutrition Coach. With over 10 Years In the Personal Training industry and over 30 as a Martial Artists.

I First do an assessment to know the fitness level of my new clients see if there is any muscles imbalance and previous injuries Iand then I will do a Body composition when I get your measurements, body fat % and fit test to know where you are and make a plan to take you where you want to be on your health and fitness also includes nutritional advice , meal tracking and grocery shopping tour every other week.
I have Work be Different Tipe of clients from busy professional women's to athletes to people that hay to loose a lot of weight to clients that want to take their health and fitness to the next level.
Before Hire A Personal Trainer I Recommend To Be sure is Certified. Had Experience And A Track Record Of success with past clients.
