About Ernest
Hello my name is Ernst Scott. I have a degree in exercise specialist and personal training. I'm action certified as a personal trainer. My services include small group and personal traning sessions with enfaces on weight lost and muscle gains with nutritional helps. My role is to help you develop a new lifestyle! It's not just achieving a goal that's importan but living that goal while making new ones. Being fit is a lifestyle not simply a goal.
Exercise should not only be challenging but also fun. If its not fun then what's the point? You have to enjoy what you do in order to continue in it. No matter what your age is its never to !ate to start! Small group sessions are geared to all strength levels.
What is really awesome about being a personal trainer is seeing clients my age (I'm 56) or older start off verily able to do a pushups and In a few short months go from 5 pushups a minute to 20 a minute! Or clients who are overweight with physical problems do to their weight, Lose the weight, improve there health and feel better about there lives and future.
6 years experience in personal training, group training, sports training and physical therapy. I have a BA in exercise specialist and personal training. My certification is through Action.
