About Grace
I'm currently a student with a large foundation in various mathematics and sciences as I aspire to be an astronaut. I will be working towards a masters in physics when I go to college. I'm particularly fond of physics because it fits in both math and science and I was very fortunate to have a really good teacher who made it really easy to learn. I will be using a lot of those tactics with those who are interested in learning from me.
While I don't have any formal teaching experience I've always been a free tutor for students at my school and close friends. For physics expecially, I have had many classmates reach out for help and I was successful in teaching them. Physics can seem very overwhelming but breaking it down into simple peices is the key to success.
Anyone who asks for help with a subject I never turn down even if it's not my strongest subject. I've just been tutoring my entire academic life whenever others need help.
I have a year of Honors Physics education, a nomination for University of Chicago's quantum physics summer program and I'm currently reading up on books about AP physics and quantum mechanics.

Firstly, I would need to find out specifically which topics the student needs help with (so I can ensure that I am qualified to even teach it). After I am confident in what I'll be teaching I will have worksheets and powerpoints where I can break things down into simple pieces so it's easier to understand.
Make sure that they actually like what they teach because it will not be fun working with them otherwise.

Details
Since I'm new to formal tutoring I would like to start at a low price because I'm genuinely passionate about physics and money is great but, I'll nerd out anyday for free. In all seriousness, I would greatly appreciate feedback from my students so that they're getting their moneys worth.
