About Talia
A friend's older siblibg mentioned that Calculus I was his last class left to graduate univeristy and was on the brink of failing after he failed his first midterm. I mentioned that I loved calculus and would be happy to work with him if he ever need.
The next week, he called me and we began meeting once a week. He went on the pass the class with a B+. I then began offering my services to friends of theirs and had similar results allowing all my students to receive no less than a B+ with many of them ending in the A-A+ range.
This excited me and I kept my services up part time as long as my class scheduled allowed.
I have been tutoring college and high school student on and off for about 4 years. I, myself, am a graduate student in stem and have personally taken and excelled in many of these classes earning 5s on many AP exams such as calculus AB and BC as well as maintained over a 3.9 GPA as a premedical student at Columbia University.

With a new student, I will sit down and make a goal sheet with them to see what they hope to acheive short and long term with tutoring.
I will then ask a series of questions about what methods they used, where they think their strong and weak points are, and what they hope to get from me.
I'll have them present me the material and together we will figure out a game plan and timeline to efficiently and effectively help them acheive success that they can implement in different facests of their lives in and outside the classroom.
