About Megan
I am a recent graduate from UCSB with over 4 years of tutoring experience. I earned a BS in microbiology and a minor in philosophy. Since 2019, I have been tutoring for all high school science courses, even at the AP level, and have even been employed as a tutor by my school district. Tutoring has always been something I've been passionate about, my lessons are catered to each individual's needs through active listening and empathic understanding of students' unique situations. My goal is for my students to not only feel more confident in their knowledge and capabilities but to also develop a solid set of study skills and tools that they can apply to future studies effectively and independently.
