About Dr Prem
i believe if students understand the fundamental concepts of a subject, they start loving it and then learning becomes effortless. I impart a strong foundation in all aubjects I teach and then students work wonders on their own.
I use real life examples to illustrate the concepts which help students to apply science to their day to day life and further reinforce the learning.
I love teaching and helping someone excel in their studies gives me great satisfaction. Myself being a scientist I teach science with a depth that is sure to stir up interest in the subject. I have worked in the US as scientsi for 8 years. My last job was at the NIH, Bethesda, Maryland.
I have been teaching from the time I was pursuing my Bachelor's degree. I found that I have the ability to explain complex concepts in simple and easy to understand language. This encouraged me to start teaching.
I am Ph.D. in Life Sciences from J.N.U., New Delhi, India, one of the best universities in India for scientific research. I further have 5 years of postdoctoral research experience at Texas Tech Univerity and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. I have also worked as a scientist at Intrexon Corporation, Germantown, Maryland and at NIH, Bethesda, Maryland. My main area of work is bioanalytical chemistry which needs thorough understanding of chemistry, physics, biology and maths. I have taken courses in these areas at bachelors, masters and pre-docyiral levels.

I have worked with students at all levels from high school to masters.
