Experienced tutor in Piano in Houston, Patti offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Patti is friendly and does not intimidate my middle-schooler but does hold her accountable. She works very hard to accommodate our difficult schedule. She knows so much, and is able to put it into words my 13-year-old can understand. She has vastly improved my daughter's sight reading and breathing and is very mindful of safe practices that protect my daughter's voice, which is wonderful because all my musical theater kid wants to do is belt it out! And, having students work toward a recital gives them a goal and a chance to perform in a safe environment. She coached my daughter through HSPVA auditions and callbacks, played piano for her theater video auditions, and really helped her grow her range. I would not hesitate to recommend Patti to anyone.

I saw a tremendous amount of growth in my time working with Patti. I am now in college but I worked with Patti from 7th grade-senior year of high school and hope to work with her more while I’m home. Patti took time to really grow my voice technically and as someone who typically sings alto she helped me grow my head voice a lot and by sophomore year of high school I was also being asked to sing soprano 2 instead of just alto 1 or alto 2. I would highly recommend Patti to anyone especially if you already have vocal experience but want to be pushed and continue to grow your voice even further.

I came to Patty after she was recommended to me by another student when I needed a new teacher. Her skill was evident from the first lesson and her very experienced guidance accelerated progress immediately. She is always cheery and positive, and expresses her instruction in a way that is encouraging, succinct, and easy to understand. Patty makes you feel like you can definitely achieve all of your vocal goals while expertly helping you accomplish them one after the other. She also happens to be very pleasant and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Patti is so kind. I worked with her often as a young performer. She builds student confidence like no other and provides exceptional technique training with her extensive background in many vocal styles. I typically worked on musical theater pieces with her and Patti helped me land many roles as well as always provided positive feedback.

I loved working with Rabaza Studios because Patti was very patient with me. She taught me to be comfortable with my mistakes and would constantly help me recognize where I went wrong. Patti made me feel like family and I will forever be grateful for the tools she has given me over the 6 years that I trained with her.

She has helped my voice mature immensely. She has also helped me with my vocal health. She is a great vocal teacher!

Very professional and positive

She is so kind and encouraging! Gives her students opportunities to perform. They will grow as a vocalist under her guidance.

She was the music director of a brand new musical I was in last October in Houston. I am an actor from Houston, Texas, but have lived in LA for 12 years now. Patti is phenomenal. She also acted in the show with us. She was professional and kind and patient with those extremely experienced in musical theater, and those like me (Not exactly a triple threat).
Because she is a great actress as well as Singing and Voice coach, she can help you or your child (I feel for parents now, get your child some singing lessons on-line with Patti and go have a drink or a much needed nap), not onl6 sing better, but how to sing in character and have an emotional range as well as a vocal range. Even if you aren't a professional singer or performer, nothing better right now with a pandemic and political divide and violence and unrest in our streets, singing will bring you much needed joy. And Patti is a joy as well!

Patti is very encouraging and helps my daughter work with the specifics of her voice in a very positive way. My daughter is 16 and has had several vocal instructors as she is very involved in musical theatre. Her voice and performance skills, along with her vocal care, have all benefited greatly from her work with Patti.

Patti is an amazing teacher!! When I started working with her a few years ago I had never taken singing lessons before. I was nervous, but Patti is so encouraging and truly brings out the best in all of her students!
